In this context, we are looking for a personality as a personality within the framework of a follow-up regulation. Chief Financial Officer, 100% (m/w/d) They assume the strategic and operational responsibility for finance, controlling and administration and report directly to the CEO. In addition, you act as a central interface to the Group CFO at the headquarters in Zurich. The CFO supports the CEO in managing the Rapelli with the aim of achieving a steady increase in value. In particular, the CFO focuses on cost management and the improvement of efficiency along the entire P&L. Your main tasks

• General responsibility for finance, controlling, accounting and administration
• Responsible for investment calculation and planning
• Active participation in the development of Rapelli and management of corresponding projects
• Support and support for group-wide projects
• Guided budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes as well as 3-year planning according to the requirements of the group
• Creation and consolidation of monthly and annual accounts according to Swiss GAAP FER.
• Analysis of costs, margins and production services.
• CEO support in strategic decisions
• Leadership and Promotion of Finance & Administration Team
• Ensuring cash flow management and compliance
• Promoting digitalization and optimising processes.
• Representation of the CEO in his absence. Your profile
• Completed economic training (higher education or equivalent)
• Multiannual professional experience (5+) in Switzerland in a comparable function in the industrial environment or the consumer goods industry
• Very good knowledge in SAP and Excel
• Excellent Italian knowledge (Niveau mother tongue) as well as knowledge of German and/or English
