Responsibilities - When you run Rayon Convenience / Meat / Fish, you have a clear focus: the needs of your customers.

• Every day you are competent and motivated for our demanding customers.

• It goes without saying that you adhere to the quality standards.

• You always have the management metrics under control and if there are any problems, you react accordingly.

• Every day you ensure that the point of sale makes you want to shop and that the shelves are always full.

• You lead your team and create personnel deployment planning.

• Show us in your dossier that you have management and industry experience.

• You are always in a good mood and present yourself exactly as you are in sales.

• You speak German very well – orally and in writing.
