What You Do

• In your position, you take over the operational direction of about fifteen people (doctors and client counsellors).
• You pass on the values of insurance medicine and guarantee a high quality of appreciation within your team.
• You set clear goals for your team, promote their development and ensure process compliance.
• You are actively involved in the processes of change and quality improvement in insurance medicine.
• Assessments on the basis of the documents in the file or in the course of examinations are also part of your duties. What you bring
• You have completed specialized medical training (orthopaedics, surgery, neurology, etc.) and have ideally acquired a first team management experience.
• You already have practical experience in insurance medicine and ideally, you have received ongoing training (e.g. SIM).
• You are recognized for your dynamism, strong social skills, natural leadership and initiative.
• You like to innovate and actively promote technical topics.
• From a French mother tongue (or equivalent level), you ideally have good German knowledge. Italian is an asset.
