Each action makes a difference and helps make Denner's heart beat ## Mansioni - Lead and develop processes within your own team (about 30 people) - Conduct promotional and disciplinary interviews with collaborators - Ensure quality, performance and achievement of objectives in a specialized field - Promoting the Continuous Improvement Process (CAP) - Maintain collaboration with other areas and departments - Participate in projects, direct them independently or take charge of sub-projects ## Required - Professional experience: 3-5 years: In a comparable function - Federal patent: In the field of logistics or college with logistics focus, management or leadership - Experience in coaching a small team, team spirit and flexibility - Analytical mind, process oriented and able to think in network as well as a high degree of personal responsibility and autonomy - Experience in planning and organizing tours, as well as good knowledge of the transport sector - Provision to move frequently during the introductory period (in Schmitten).
