Tasks

• You take over the technical, human and business management of the catering area, are responsible for budget, key figures, resource planning and procurement and develop the area forward-looking and economically.
• They lead, accompany and develop a team of around 30 employees, learners and interns and promote independent, competent and appreciative cooperation.
• They design all catering processes – from planning to production and logistics to quality assurance – review existing processes, set new impulses and consistently drive the further development of standards and working methods.
• They guarantee a high-quality, balanced and target group-oriented catering offer for our residents, employees and guests in compliance with the legal requirements.
• You organize events and together with your team promote a lively host culture at several locations.

Profile

• In-depth knowledge in community gastronomy, large-scale production in the cook & chill process, various diets and in hygiene, food safety and quality assurance
• Completed training as a chef/chef EFZ with a further qualification (e.g. chef with a federal diploma) as well as several years of management and professional experience in a larger and demanding catering company, ideally supplemented by further training in leadership, business administration or change management
• A strong business understanding and security in dealing with budgets, key figures and resources as well as a structured and solution-oriented working method
• Modern, clear and appreciative leadership as well as communication strength, decision-making and a convincing appearance
• Real interest in the people we work for every day

Depending on the experience, the annual salary for this function is between CHF 103'184.- and CHF 137'875.- (100%).

The health center for the old Entlisberg in Wollishofen in district 2 combines various care and care services under one roof. Food, host culture and a cozy atmosphere make an important contribution to the quality of life of our residents. In this role, you work closely with different professional groups and actively participate in the catering in a large house with around 500 colleagues.
