• Publication of research results in international scientific journals and the agricultural press

• Development and publication of scientific foundations for the Federal Office for Agriculture
• Doctorate in agricultural economics, rural sociology or related research areas closely related to the research field of the group
• Proven expertise in qualitative and quantitative methods of empirical social research
• scientific track record in the research field of the group and experience in third-party funding acquisition
• Good leadership skills: leadership, leadership and management skills (enthusiastic people, goal-oriented work, process management)
• Good knowledge of two official languages and English
