• Professional, human and organisational management of the services accident German-speaking Switzerland
• Leadership, promotion and further development of three group leaders and around 30 employees
• Ensuring high-quality, efficient and customer-oriented service processing in the area of accident insurance
• Responsibility for goal achievement, productivity, quality and customer satisfaction
• Active quality and complaint management and monitoring of relevant key figures
• Representation of the department vis-à-vis internal and external stakeholders
• Participation in projects as well as active further development of processes, organization and digitalization
• Support of the responsible UVG Switzerland in the implementation of the divisional strategy This distinguishes you:
• Several years of leadership experience in a comparable function as well as the ability to successfully develop teams
• Several years of professional experience in the field of accident, personal or social insurance
• You have a federal professional card or comparable education
• You convince with your strong leadership and communication skills as well as your decision-making strength
• Analytical thinking skills, high customer orientation and enjoyment of change and optimization processes
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing as well as good knowledge of French are advantageous
• Secure handling of common MS Office applications
