## This is you Completed education in the gastronomy sector or equivalent professional experience Several years of experience in the service sector, preferably in upscale gastronomy Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor Ability to motivate and guide a team Good knowledge of wine and beverages is advantageous High resilience and the ability to ensure excellent service even under pressure Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Very good German language skills, ideally also English or Italian
