For the temporary replacement in maternity protection from November 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027, we are looking for a conceptually strong, networked and implementation-oriented personality who enjoys combining social impact with professional project management and collaborative partnership.

This is what you do for us

From the existence of current offers to the further development of youth engagement, you ensure reliable continuation and coordination. You plan, control and support projects and formats from preparation to implementation - including scheduling, budget, resources and quality assurance.

You will maintain and develop partnerships with stakeholders from education, youth development, civil society, science and business as needed and will be responsible for interface management with communication, brand management, HR and other specialist areas.

You will also accompany evaluations, prepare the basis for decision-making and make the impact and contribution of youth engagement clearly visible.

This is what you bring with you

• Several years of experience in the youth and/or education sector as well as in the development of programs and offers for young people
• Knowledge of impact measurement and dealing with different stakeholder groups
• Sound project management skills to continue ongoing projects in a structured manner
• Practice in marketing and communication, especially in making offers visible
• Very good communication and moderation skills, confident appearance
• Strong strategic and conceptual thinking to derive relevant offers
• Strong network orientation and diplomatic flair in dealing with partners and interfaces
• High level of initiative, quick comprehension and enjoyment of design and continuous improvement
• Fluent knowledge of German, knowledge of French is an advantage, knowledge of English is a plus
