About us

The Tschuggen Grand Hotel in Arosa is a 5-star super-ior luxury hotel located at an altitude of 1,800m in the Grisons Mountains. As one of the four houses of the "The Tschuggen Collection", our house offers 128 individually designed rooms, suites and mountain lofts, as well as four stylish restaurants – including the gourmet highlight La Brezza with 19 points of the Gault Millau & two Michelin stars – and an impressive 5 000 m2 spa mountain oasis, the brook by Mario Botta.

Employment

• Entry at the end of November 2026 - Employment contract limited until the end of March 2027

Requirements

• Completed vocational training D/E condition, each further language of advantage
• experience in the 4/5* hotel industry
• care and accuracy in compliance with hygiene standards
• Well-kept appearance

Tasks

• preparation and preparation of starch supplements, vegetables and soups
• processing of potatoes, rice, pasta and egg dishes
• preparation of vegetarian or vegan main courses
• main responsibility for the organization of the post
• daily compilation of the goods needed for the order via chef
• management of the entremetier post
