What you move

• You organize day-to-day business and ensure a smooth process in order picking
• You lead, supervise and develop your team of around 10 to 15 employees and hold regular employee meetings
• You keep an eye on the specified performance indicators, evaluate them and initiate appropriate measures in the event of deviations
• You make orders within the framework of the company regulations and ensure work safety, order and cleanliness
• Also the coordination and responsibility of the holiday planning is part of your tasks
• In the course of the month you take over various billings
