What you do

• In your role, you take over the operational management of about 15 people (doctors and assistants).
• You convey the values of insurance medicine and ensure a high quality of assessments within your team.
• You set clear goals for your team, promote its development and ensure that the workflow is adhered to.
• You actively participate in change management and quality improvement in insurance medicine.
• Assessments based on dossiers or in the context of insured persons’ investigations are also part of your tasks. What you bring
• You have completed specialist training (orthopedics, surgery, neurology, etc.) and ideally gained initial experience in management.
• You already have practical experience in insurance medicine and ideally have completed further training (e.g. SIM).
• You are known for your dynamism, strong social skills, leadership skills and initiative.
• You are a driver for innovation and are committed to the active evaluation of technical topics.
• You have French as your mother tongue (or equivalent level) but ideally have a good knowledge of German. Italian is a plus.
