• You lead a team of around 13 employees in the field of healing costs on an outpatient basis.
• You are responsible for the personal development of your employees and work closely with the expert responsible.
• You maintain your network of service providers, customers and partners of Suva.
• You work in the cadre team of the Mitte region as well as in cross-region working groups and projects. What you bring
• You bring several years of leadership experience and have ideally trained in the field of leadership.
• You have already gained professional experience in the field of social insurance.
• You understand the Swiss healthcare sector with its actors.
• You are ready to travel as part of your activity.
• Your impeccable knowledge of German is ideally supplemented by good knowledge of French (B1-B2).
