In a context of further development and strengthening within the group, Rapelli pursues a clear focus on performance, efficiency and enhanced cooperation at group level In this context, we are looking for a personality as Chief Financial Officer ## The position As Chief Financial Officer and member of the Executive Board, you work closely with the CEO and contribute to the management and further development of the Business Unit. The function plays a central role in supporting strategic and operational decisions, with direct influence on the business results and close links to the group level. The position offers a high degree of entrepreneurial design space in a slender and dynamic organization and is aimed at a leadership personality with strong business confession and pragmatic approach. In order to ensure an optimal transfer, a structured incorporation with the current CFO is provided by January 2027. ## Main tasks

• Total responsibility for Finance & Controlling
• Support of the CEO and Management in Strategic and Operational Management
• Responsibility for Budgeting, Forecasting and Reporting according to Group Policy
• Analysis of Financial Performance and Identification of Improvement Potentials
• Optimization of Cost Structures, Working Capital and Asset Use
• Development of sound decision bases (e.g. Investments) and Scenario Analysis
• Management and Development of the Controlling Team The role requires a pragmatic, hands-on mode of operation, as well as the willingness to incorporate themselves into analyses and processes.
• Higher level of business training (university/FH or comparable)
• Multiannual experience in a responsible position in finance/controlling, ideally in the industrial environment
• Finded knowledge in business controlling, in cost accounting and performance management
• Experience with Swiss GAAP FER
• Very good knowledge in ERP systems (ideally SAP S/4HANA) and in analysis tools
