• Main responsibilities
• Management of email queries from RMs regarding incoming and outgoing funds
• Management of incoming queries from other banks
• Cancellation or recall of payments
• Handling compliance cases
• Requesting details to enable the application of funds
• Management of email queries from RMs regarding Forex and fiduciary deposits
• Cancellation of Forex deals
• Opening cases in Jira system to log and track progress
• Your Profile Skills and Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of cash transfer processes and banking operations.
• Knowledge of GTExchange/GTMatch or equivalent.
• Knowledge of JIRA and MX messages is a plus.
• Languages: French and English, written and spoken Specific Competencies
