Tasks

assume shared responsibility inherent in the management of the laboratory Central cuisine

– co-ordinate the work of detainees attributed and actively collaborate in the training activities of detainees (apprenticeships)

– autonomously perform production cycles according to daily planning

– ensure food hygiene and cleanliness levels according to HACCP business levels and perform the expected training to take appropriate safety skills

– participate in the realization of internal events and the preparation and planning of the menu

– ensure the smooth operation of the laboratory in the economic context and ensure the willingness to pursue professional training courses

– to ensure and maintain order and safety in the laboratory, collaborating with custody personnel

– contribute to the good general functioning of prison structures and take on additional tasks and tasks according to the directions of the Directorate

Requirements

• general requirements:

• Swiss citizenship

• minimum age: 35 years, classes are allowed from 1991 and preceding

• Federal Certificate of Capacity (AFC)

• the possession of further certifications or diplomas in the field of competence and dietetics may constitute preferential title

• multiannual and proven professional experience

• certificate of trainer/trainer of apprentices (master/training teacher), subject to availability to achieve it

• experience in training apprentices may be preferential title

• be in possession of the license to conduct category B (manual change)

• strong motivation for your work

• physical and psychological requirements:

• good general state of health, in particular absence of pathologies incompatible with the regular conduct of the work of Capo arte

• good physical and stress resistance

• Psychic fitness to the role

• flexibility in broken shiftwork even on weekends and holidays

• skills:

• mastery of the Italian language (conversation and editing) and good knowledge of at least another official language (conversation)

• adequate computer knowledge at user level and good mastery of the Office package

• management and coordination of employees; capacity to operate autonomously; capacity for collaboration and work in group

• sense of responsibility, systematic approach, spirit of initiative and strong organizational skills

• ease in interpersonal relationships

• reliability, precision, impartiality and discretion

• ability to manage conflictual situations and stress; ability to solve problems

• conduct and precedent:

• a collection of police information will ensure the absence of elements or any precedents incompatible with the function of Head art, through the evaluation, in particular:

• of the gravity or nature of a crime committed to relapse

• good reputation; in particular, there must be no behaviour incompatible with the function of the Head of Art at prison structures such as misconduct, non-compliance with the ethical values shared by society, character arrangements to conflict, etc.

• non-executive procedure in progress and absence of certificates of lack of assets

Conditions of use

• appointment or assignment: these are those provided for by the Law on the sorting of employees of the State and teachers of 15 March 1995 (LORD) and the relevant Regulations. Any amendment of the law concerning salary and organization remains explicitly reserved

• working hours: 42 hours per week (for a 100% employment ratio), flexible or according to service requirements
