Descrizione The role focuses on operational procurement execution, supplier coordination, and compliance with the procurement processes, while working under guidance of a Project Buyer, Project Procurement Lead, or Lead Buyer. - Start date: asap - End date: Feb 2027 (with the chance of extension) - Workload: 100% - Workmodel: Contracting - Location: Visp ## Tasks and Responsibilities ### Operational Procurement Execution - Support end‑to‑end operational buying activities for Capex projects (from requisition to purchase order and close‑out) - Prepare and issue purchase orders in SAP in alignment with approved sourcing decisions - Track order confirmations, deliveries, and invoice alignment ### Sourcing & RFQ Support - Support RFQ processes including data collection, bid comparison, and documentation - Assist senior buyers in supplier communication related to pricing, delivery, and documentation - Maintain transparent and auditable sourcing documentation ### Project & Stakeholder Support - Act as procurement contact for defined work packages within Capex projects - Coordinate with Engineering, Project Management, Quality, and Finance - Support schedule adherence and cost tracking on order level ### Supplier & Compliance Management - Communicate with suppliers on order execution topics - Ensure adherence to Lonza procurement policies, compliance, GMP and EHS requirements - Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records ### Scope & Authority of the Capex Buyer - Executes procurement activities within defined scope and guidance - Does not independently define sourcing strategies - Does not lead supplier negotiations or contract strategy - Does not carry full project procurement accountability ## Your Profile - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field - Experience in procurement, supply chain or operational buying - 5+ years of experience in CAPEX projects with PES and PMP - Exposure to technical, engineering or Capex environments is an advantage - Structured and detail‑oriented working style - Ability to work in project environments with multiple stakeholders - Strong learning mindset and willingness to develop procurement capabilities - Basic commercial and contractual understanding - SAP experience preferred - Fluent English and German language skills required
