For our client, we are looking for an experienced Business Process Expert who will act as a key bridge between global process standards and local operational execution, drive process alignment and harmonization at site level, and bring strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, master data, and end-to-end supply chain or manufacturing processes.
The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA modules such as MM, PP, SD, and QM, as well as PLM tools, and will leverage deep functional knowledge, change management skills, and an innovative mindset to ensure the successful implementation, sustainment, and continuous improvement of global processes within the Basel site.

Key requirements

- Familiarity with the systems required to run the process, including underlying master and transactional data.
- BA/BS Degree, preferably in a technical, business or supply chain field. Masters Degree a plus
- 8+ years in the pharma industry, supply chain management or in manufacturing.
- APICS and/or SCOR certification, or equivalent relevant experience
- Proficient knowledge and experience of SAP or ERP system Language Skills: English is a MUST Nice to have:
- Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
- GMP experience, Compliance for Master Data (FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11)

- Driving Template Sustainment by utilizing the Idea-to-Request (I2R) process, including the prioritization of site-specific requirements within the global backlog. Process Design & Alignment
- Governance & Adoption: Champion the implementation and rigorous adherence to global process standards and governance frameworks. System & Operational Support
- Define and manage change requests (I2Rs) during the sustainment phase, acting as the primary interface for users to submit improvement ideas via ServiceNow and presenting them to the BCO network for endorsement. Training & Change Management
- BA/BS Degree, preferably in a technical, business or supply chain field. Masters Degree a plus
- Proficient knowledge and experience of SAP or ERP system Language Skills: English is a MUST
