## Cosa puoi fare - You take the holistic and professional advice of your management as well as other executives along the HR core processes (winning, maintenance, development, separation) in line with the HR strategy. - You accompany the further development of leadership in the supervised area. - You actively support change processes as a change agent at sector and team level. - You recruit executives along with the line managers. - You participate in strategic personnel planning and talent management. - You independently process conceptual questions with HR relevance and implement them.
## Ecco perché be la persona giusta - You have several years of professional experience in strategic and operational HR. - You have a completed training at Higher Education (Uni, FH) or a specialist training (MAS HR, Eidg. Dipl. HR conductor). - You are characterized by a pronounced consulting competence and extremely communicative skills. - You have analytical, entrepreneurial and networked thinking and action. - You are an initiative, solution-oriented and flexible personality with high social competence and the ability to shape changes. - You have experience in project management and have good conceptual skills.
