Main responsibilities
- Business Development & Sales

- Achieve and measure Biz Dev KPIs and ensure alignment with the Business Unit revenue targets
- Develop strategic account plans and regional growth strategies
- Identify new customers and market opportunities
- Conduct customer visits and maintain strong field presence across the region Represent the company at trade fairs
- Drive C-level interaction between EM and customers / eco-system partners
- Lead the commercial negotiations and drive the execution of development contracts with the different internal and external stakeholders (R&D, legal, quality and logistics) Strategic Collaboration
- Work closely with BUs Product Management, and Development to refine go-to-market strategies
- Provide market feedback to influence product roadmap and innovation priorities
