Main responsibilities

- Own the commercial performance of the assigned APAC / MEIA markets, ensuring that each market delivers against its annual and monthly business objectives.
- Own regional sales performance, ensuring each market achieves its wholesale turnover, margin and sell-out objectives, while proactively identifying risks and corrective actions.
- Develop and drive the annual commercial plan for each market, translating Group and brand strategies into clear sales targets, distribution priorities, door productivity objectives, assortment strategies and action plans.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, including new markets, strategic partners, high-potential accounts and opportunities to expand the Group's presence within existing markets.
- Optimise the commercial performance of the existing network, analysing productivity by door, assortment performance, sell-out and market potential to ensure resources are allocated to the most strategic opportunities.
- Manage product allocations in close partnership with Supply Chain, with particular focus on novelties, launches and high-demand products, ensuring optimal stock availability while maintaining healthy inventory levels.
- Lead monthly business reviews with local markets and partners, establishing a rigorous KPI-driven approach covering sell-in, sell-out, stock cover, aging, margins, door productivity and pipeline development.
- Lead and support strategic corporate initiatives, including key corporate deals, new store openings, renovations, relocations and major commercial projects, ensuring alignment between commercial objectives and brand positioning.
