- You will be responsible for analysing business requirements, investigating and resolving production incidents, and ensuring the smooth operation and availability of business-critical applications.

- Software Engineers, Service Managers, Product teams, Project Delivery teams, and Client Management to identify root causes, resolve incidents, and drive continuous service improvements.
- You will contribute throughout the entire software lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design to implementation, testing, deployment, and post-production support. Your key tasks
- Ensure the stable and efficient operation of Avaloq Client Lifecycle Management and Client Relationship Management (CLM/CRM) solutions and related third-party applications
- Analyse and consolidate client requirements, translating business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Manage incidents and service requests end-to-end, including triage, impact analysis, troubleshooting, coordination, and resolution
- Act as a trusted point of contact for clients and stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring effective communication
