Role overview

Location: Chur Function: Supply Chain Sub Function: Supply Chain - Production Type of Contract: Permanent For the beer production department at the Chur site (Southeast Switzerland), we are looking for an independent, self-assured, and team-oriented person.

You report to the Manager Brewing and work in a structured, experienced team of around 12 brewers.

Your area of responsibility includes: - Working in the brewhouse, fermentation and storage cellar, and filtration - Controlling the mostly automated facilities, identifying, analyzing, and solving any issues that arise - Ensuring the optimal production process - Participation in improvement measures according to the TPM (Lean) methodology - Support in the Technical Service for mechanical work and support in the Utilities area You bring the following qualifications: - Apprenticeship as a brewer or food technologist specialized in brewing - 2-3 years of professional experience, preferably in a brewery - Knowledge of an automated brewhouse (e.g., Brewmaxx) - Data management in modern information systems such as Proleit Integrate - Experience with modern control systems and good IT skills are required Your technical affinity and willingness to take on tasks beyond the typical profile of a brewer are desirable.
