• We care with heart and professionalism for people with disabilities. We support, support, care and care. The 11 residential groups with individual focuses are located in Bülach and Kloten. Our interdisciplinary team looks after two residential wings with different focuses. Due to this division and the individually very diverse needs of the inhabitants, everyday life is varied and inspiring. Your tasks
• Competent nursing and agogic care of our residents in their everyday life
• Building and maintaining a trusting and sustainable relationship with the residents
• Individual promotion of self-competences
• Design and implement the individual daily structures and leisure time
• Accompanying appointments and excursions
• Reference work / discussions with relatives
• Administrative client work on the PC (easyDOK)
• Participation in team meetings, case meetings

You have a completed training in the nursing and/or agogic area (FABE, FAGE, dipl.) Sozpäd, dipl. care or equivalent education) and...

• You are safe from nursing and act independently and professionally
