Your main task – your profession, your passion

For us, vocational trainer is not a part-time job, but her main job and responsibility at the same time. You are the central reference person for our learners, shape their training from A to Z and thus actively shape the specialists of tomorrow. Your everyday life revolves entirely around the support, promotion and professional development of young talents.

This is what you do with us

• Holistic responsibility for the training of our learners
• Planning, implementation and further development of practical training programmes
• Conduct of training, workshops and regular feedback meetings
• Documentation and assessment of learning progress
• Cooperation with vocational schools, specialist centres and internal teams

Your profile

• Completed vocational training FAGE and apprenticeship training
• Several years of practical and managerial experience in the department
• Passion for working with young people
• Communication strength, patience and organizational talent
• Ability to motivate and specifically promote learners
• Very good IT knowledge
• Spitex experience is beneficial
