As a Technical Trainer, you will support our apprentices on their journey into their professional future and actively shape their training at Bell Schweiz AG in Basel.

## Responsibilities - Supervise, together with the vocational and practical trainers of the technical workshop, apprentices in the professions of Automation Technician EFZ, Production Mechanic EFZ, and Electrical Installer EFZ - Teach practical skills—particularly in the field of automation - Assist in apprentice recruitment, conduct site interviews, oversee learning documentation, and handle additional administrative tasks - Plan, alongside the team leaders of the technical departments, the deployments of in-company training - Contribute to the creation and updating of the training program - Support apprentices in preparing and executing their Individual Practical Assignment (IPA) - Organize and conduct trial days and create suitable programs - Represent Bell Schweiz AG at career fairs and other vocational training events - Maintain contacts within Bell Schweiz's vocational training and with professional associations, actively contributing to the development of technical training professions ## Requirements - A completed apprenticeship as an Automation Technician or in a related field - Practical training skills and ideally experience in supervising apprentices - Strong social skills and enjoyment in working with young people - Independent, proactive, resilient, and reliable work approach - Teamwork skills and willingness to follow defined processes while taking responsibility - Motivation to continuously expand and share your knowledge and skills
