## Main responsibilities - Use main monitoring console and subsequent tools - Coordinate all batches activities to ensure the best quality and ensure timings (Production, UAT, Tests, DEV, …) - Adapt documented instructions based on events and business impacts, and ensure an updated documentation - Ensure documentation is applied and actions made are in sync with the business constraints - Raise and qualify incidents based on events identified and business impacts - Actively contribute to incident resolution - Proactively Interact with the Incident Manager - Participate and support test efforts - Communicate transparently issues and improvements required for this position - Actively Contribute to knowledge transfer required on applications - Interact and follow instructions defined by the Operating Pilot - Interact with HelpDesk (L1) and L2 / L3 teams.

## Your profile - Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT production environment - Previous experience with a scheduler (Control-M, Vtom, or Autosys) - English: B2 level minimum - Ability to collaborate with offshore teams - Experience in private banking is a plus - Driver's license and vehicle preferred - Team spirit - Swiss residence: Optional
