These initiatives are achieved by providing the highest level of customer service and adhering to all company policies, procedures, and directives. ## Responsibilities The responsibilities of this role are included in 3 areas:

• Sales Generation
• Achieve sales targets
• Utilize high levels of sales and service to maximize sales performance
• Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the merchandise
• After closing a sale, monitor all details, including: shipping, alterations (if applicable), and special requests to ensure customer satisfaction
• Adhere to all sales policies and procedures
• Maintain a keen interest in the fashion industry and market trends
• Customer Service
• Provide the highest level of customer service
• Build and maintain repeat clientele; use the customer book
• Resolve all customer issues and complaints quickly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Operations
• Keep the sales floor and merchandise well-stocked and organized
• Assist in maintaining all inventories in the warehouse and on the sales floor
• Assist in all areas of stock, shipping, receiving protocol/policy, and all related shipping/receiving documents
• Participate in inventory counts
• Adhere to all point-of-sale policies and procedures
• Perform all cash register functions correctly
• Adhere to the work schedule, including hours and attendance
• Participate in all relevant training seminars, programs, and meetings, as directly indicated by the location management ## Requirements
• Retail and luxury sector experience
• Ability to work as a team member
• Excellent personal organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment
