Role overview

The Associate HR Business Partner, Drug Product supports the business by delivering high-quality, hands-on HR support to managers and employees across assigned areas.

You will be part of the on-site HR team in Stein, supporting a fast-growing Drug Product manufacturing site within Lonza’s Integrated Biologics network. Working close to operations, you will play a key role in executing core HR processes, supporting managers in day-to-day people topics, and ensuring a consistent and positive employee experience across the full lifecycle, from hire to retire.

- Provide HR support to managers and employees on day-to-day topics such as performance, absence, employee relations, and organizational changes. - Ensure smooth execution of core HR processes including onboarding, performance management, talent processes, offboarding, and guiding managers in applying these correctly. - Work closely with HR Services and Centers of Excellence to ensure timely and accurate HR delivery while supporting the HR Business Partner on workforce planning. - Use HR data and dashboards to support decisions and identify trends (e.g. attrition, engagement, absence) to improve insights. - Maintain accurate employee data and ensure compliance with internal policies and Swiss labor regulations. - Support and coordinate local HR initiatives (e.g. engagement actions, trainings, communication) to contribute to a positive employee experience through consistency and clarity. - Support team-level change activities with a pragmatic approach and leverage digital tools, including AI and automation, to improve efficiency.
