Assistant for medical study - Ausschreibung L’EOC the multisite hospital of Ticino is present with its institutes on the entire cantonal territory for a total of 1’000 beds. The organization allows to effectively combine local approach and overall vision, ensuring the population a global and proximity hospital offer, regardless of where the services are required. Thanks to the commitment and expertise of over 6,500 employees and their attention to the human relationship, the EOC ensures quality health care by taking care of over 41, 000 patients who are deceased a year and providing over 600,000 outpatients. To complete the team of the Poliambulatorio dell'Istituto Cardiocentro Ticino in Lugano we look for a(a) Medical Study Assistant (100%) Profile: The Polyambulatory welcomes patients in cardiology, cardiosurgery and chest surgery, which are characterized by predominantly acute but also chronic clinical paintings. An important spirit of adaptation and flexibility in the management of complex clinical situations and characterized by rapid evolution is therefore required to the medical assistant. The ideal candidate is particularly sensitive in understanding the needs of the user and believes, like us, in the importance of putting the patient at the center of our attentions. He also works as a team and works interdisciplinaryly.

• Requirements: Federal certificate of ability as a medical assistant or medical help
• Enthusiasm, flexibility and ability to adapt
• Good knowledge of the main computer programs
• Excellent mastery of the Italian language
• Knowledge of another national language and/or English and knowledge in cardiology will be considered as a preferential title. Date of entry: to be agreed.
