The Domus Foundation , a Valais institution for psychosocial rehabilitation, supports adults Facing significant mental health challenges. Nearly 150 collaborators are committed there with conviction and professionalism. We are looking for our Ardon residence a

Social and Educational Assistant at 75%

from 1 January 2027 or as agreed

• ensure the support of benefits within the Ardon Residence in their daily life activities from a psychosocial rehabilitation perspective based on self-determination;
• support residents in their individual projects and goals;
• collaborate interprofessionally with social workers, nurses, ASSC, day centres and workshops.

Your profile

• you hold a CFC as a social and educational assistant or an equivalent qualification;
• you have confirmed work experience in the field of psychology or social work;
• with a very good sense of organization, you enjoy working in a team and being able to take on responsibilities;
• you are teaching with common IT tools (MS Office);
• holder of a driving license, you have a private vehicle.
