## Tasks - You'll focus particularly on the freshness of fruits, vegetables, and bread and say goodbye to food waste with wise orders - Order, accept, check, and fill the shelves in your store with fresh products and, of course, all other products - Execute the store layout requirements correctly - Check the minimum shelf life dates in the Fresh category - As an assistant, guide, encourage, and develop your colleagues - and be a model for them - As an assistant, share responsibility for the numbers - for sales, employee costs, and inventory ## Requirements - Three or more years of work experience: advantageous experience as a department head, area manager, or zone manager in retail - Professional degree (EBA): in retail (food products) or in a related profession would be ideal - Enjoy fresh products and, if possible, work experience with them - Physically fit, some parcels can weigh up to 10 kg - Ability to plan and organize tasks and a touch for data interpretation - Familiarity with PC, tablet, and smartphone - and with other digital helpers (e.g., for inventory management) you get used to quickly - German (very good knowledge) ## What we offer - Part of the Migros Group: a strong retail brand under the Migros Group umbrella - Healthy working: high standards for workplace safety, ergonomics, and hygiene - Maternity / paternity: 5 extra weeks of leave for mothers (19 weeks) at 100% salary.
