## Tasks - Lead, promote, and develop employees – and set an example for them - Pay special attention to the freshness of fruits, vegetables, and bread, and fight food waste with smart ordering planning - Order goods in a timely manner and in the exact right quantity - Skillfully plan weekly tasks and ensure efficient processes in your store - Do everything to ensure the numbers are correct – in terms of sales, personnel costs, and inventory ## Requirements - Three or more years of professional and leadership experience: in retail as a specialist, department, or area manager - Completed vocational training (EBA): in retail (food) or a related profession would be ideal - Enjoyment of fresh products and, ideally, prior professional experience with them - Skill in planning and organizing tasks and a flair for interpreting key figures - Physically fit, some parcels weigh up to 10 kilos - Familiar with PC, tablet, and smartphone – and with other digital tools (e.g., for inventory management) which you learn quickly - German (very good knowledge) ## What we offer - Part of the Migros Group: a strong, retail-anchored brand under the Migros Group umbrella - Work healthily: high standards in occupational safety, ergonomics, and hygiene - Maternity/paternity leave: 5 weeks longer parental leave (19 weeks) with full pay.
