What you will achieve with us You will join our Room Service team as Assistant Room Service Manager and play a key role in ensuring our guests experience excellent and seamless service at the highest level.

- With your specialist knowledge, you will take telephone orders and advise our international guests professionally and competently.

- With your experience and comprehensive product knowledge, you will delight our guests and ensure that the highest quality standards are maintained at all times.

Key requirements

  • Completed training as a restaurant specialist or equivalent in the hotel/restaurant industry
  • 4-5 years of experience in Room Service or F&B in a 5-star hotel
  • Expert knowledge of classical à la carte service
  • Leadership experience or deputy role experience (advantageous)
  • Excellent oral skills in German and English, Italian is a plus
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • High sense of responsibility and quality awareness
  • Team player with ability to work under pressure
