Role overview

Mission Assist the relationship manager(s) in opening new relationships and serving clients, in compliance with the Bank’s internal regulations and guidelines within the Eastern Europe region.

Main responsibilities Prepare the necessary documentation for client meetings and business trips for relationship managers Execute and monitor stock exchange orders, forex transactions, fiduciary relationships, loans, payment orders and credit card applications Provide administrative support to the Team Head Cash Management Assist in AML clarifications and prepare clients KYC and related updates with direct line contact Direct interaction with clients by phone, e-mail and, occasionally in meetings Prepare and monitor account openings, closings and mutations Maintain records in compliance with internal and external regulation (for example: portfolio reviews, AML, KYC, etc.) Perform other administrative tasks as needed (for example: preparing presentations, travel arrangements, helping clients with any requests, banking and non-banking, etc.) Deputy of other assistants if needed Your Profile Degree in a related field (banking apprenticeship, CYP, banking internship or similar) Private Banking certificate, CWMA or other equivalent certification a plus Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in a Private Bank Strong banking and KYC knowledge Strong team spirit, inter-personal skills, open-minded, highly service and client oriented as well as excellent communication skills Fluent in French and English.
