MAIN TASKS

• Support telephone calls; act as an interface for the entire service
• To welcome patients upon arrival upstairs, to present the service, the contact persons, as well as the care of the patient
• Welcoming physicians and visitors and responding to their request
• Perform technical gestures (patient entry, laboratory, etc.)
• Maintenance and monitoring of the service's medical equipment
• Managing changes in PIP ( Schedule Planning Program)
• Take over administrative work of the service and ICUS
• Manage service orders (papetry and pharmacy) and participate in inventories
• Participation in maintaining a clean working environment
• Support nurses and community health assistants

YOUR PROFILE

• Medical Assistant CFC with confirmed experience in a similar position
• Experience in near patient care an asset
• Excellent mastery of MS Office computer tools
• Customer orientation, sense of service, communication and interpersonal skills
• Supporting teamwork and a high sense of responsibility
• Autonomous, capable of performing multiple tasks at once and good stress management in a dynamic environment
