Main responsibilities
- Customer Service & Sales Generation: Support the sales team to improve customer experience and achieve sales goals, ensure product knowledge and track performance.
- Operations: contribute to effective store management, follow procedures, control inventory and resolve inventory gaps.
- Personnel management: Support recruitment, development and disciplinary processes, participate in evaluations and development plans.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain the store presentation standards.
- Others: Ensure safety at work and serve as a model for policies and procedures. Working conditions:
- The work requires a moderate physical effort, with a prolonged walking and standing position during the majority of shifts.
- Although the risk of injury is low, the position requires lifting, pushing, pulling and holding (up to 16 kg or more with appropriate support) boxes and fit-up elements, as well as significant concentration when performing administrative tasks, managing the caisse or using the POS system. Employment status:
- Full time: on average 40 hours per week.
- Must maintain a flexible availability to meet the needs of the company and may be required to work more than 40 hours per week, including certain holidays and periods of high activity. Profile
