Role overview
Would you like to take on daily responsibility from time to time?
## Mansioni - You pay particular attention to the freshness of fruit, vegetables and bread and fight food waste with far-sighted orders - Order, accept, check and fill fresh products and of course all other goods on the shelves in your store - Correctly implement store layout specifications - Ensure order and cleanliness in the store and warehouse - Operate the cash register and settle accounts - As an assistant, guide, encourage and develop employees - and be a role model for them ## Requisiti - Ideally more than two years of professional experience: in retail (food) - Completed vocational apprenticeship (EBA): in retail (food) or related profession would be ideal - Enjoy fresh produce and ideally already have professional experience with it - Willing to work beyond "nine to five" sometimes - and enjoy free time when others are working - Physically fit, some colis are up to 10 kilos - Enjoy being around people, a good dose of cordiality and a positive attitude - German (very good knowledge) ## Cosa offriamo - Part of the Migros Group: strong brand anchored in retail under the umbrella of the Migros Group - Healthy working: High standards in occupational safety, ergonomics and hygiene.

Key requirements
- Idealerweise mehr als zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung: im Detailhandel (Lebensmittel)
- Abgeschlossene Berufslehre (EBA): im Detailhandel (Lebensmittel) oder verwandter Berufsgattung wäre ideal
- Freude an frischen Produkten und im Idealfall schon berufliche Erfahrungen damit
- Bereit, schon auch mal jenseits von «nine to five» zu arbeiten – und die Freizeit zu geniessen, wenn andere arbeiten
- Körperlich fit, manche Colis sind bis zu 10 Kilo schwer
- Gerne unter Menschen, eine gute Portion Herzlichkeit und eine positive Grundhaltung
- Deutsch (sehr gute Kenntnisse)
