Tasks

As a hair stylist, you ensure the professional implementation of the services taking into account the individual guest wishes. This also includes:

• Support of regular and regular customers (hotel guests) along the entire service process; from consulting to implementation in the areas of cut, color and styling
• Advising and selling exclusive hair care and styling products
• Careful cash management and settlement in daily business
• Support in the reception area and organization and maintenance of scheduling
• Sovereign and solution-oriented handling of demanding guest feedback

Requirements

You have completed training as a Coiffeuse / Coiffeur EFZ or an equivalent training, in addition you have

• Experience gained in a demanding, luxurious salon environment
• Very good knowledge of German as well as good knowledge of English, other languages are advantageous
• Safe handling of common PC applications and reservation systems
• Strong passion for high-quality products, excellent styling and a keen sense of aesthetics and trends
• Independent, structured and organized working methods with high quality standards
• Respectful and discreet treatment of guests as well as a solution-oriented attitude
