Key requirements
- Grazie al tuo eccellente orientamento alla clientela, alle ottime capacità di comunicazione e di gestione dei conflitti, nonché alla tua resistenza fisica e mentale, dai un importante contributo al nostro grande obiettivo: avere clienti entusiasti.
- Sai utilizzare abilmente vari strumenti digitali e applicazioni e sei disposto/a a perferzionarti continuamente e ad imparare.
- Hai concluso un apprendistato di tre anni oppure hai conseguito il diploma di maturità.
- Lingua madre italiana o disponi di ottime conoscenze linguistiche in italiano (almeno livelli C1). Possiedi buone conoscenze di tedesco (B1) e di una seconda lingua straniera (francese o inglese) a livello B1.

- What do we offer?
- A full-time training awaits you for eight months, varied and paid, in which you will receive intense training both theoretical and practical.
- The training site is located in Bellinzona, while the service places are in Chiasso and/or Bellinzona respectively.
- After passing the final exam, you will be ready to work 24 hours a day throughout Switzerland as an SBB customer assistant and provide assistance to our customers every day as a face and voice of the SBB.

- As a customer assistant you are in direct contact with our customers and provide assistance during the trip.
- Provide up-to-date and personal information, ensure the convenience of traveling and check the transportation securities.
