Tasks

You complete an individual aspirant program and take part in specialist and leadership training with the aim of taking on the function as managing director:in. During this time, you actively work in all rayons of the sales outlet. You will learn how our employees can be promoted and developed and inspire our demanding customers with your courteous and competent advice. You will also learn how to ensure optimal goods management and an attractive shop image. The personnel planning incl. Cost control and branch administration are also part of your daily tasks.

Requirements

• Completed basic training in the retail trade or corresponding professional experience in the sales sector
• Leadership experience is beneficial
• High sense of responsibility
• Friendly and team-oriented personality with a well-groomed appearance
• High performance and resilience as well as system affinity
• Ambition, commitment and willingness to commit to our common goals
• Flexibility in terms of operating times
