• supports the Director of the Public Spaces Division in the ordinary and extraordinary management of public buildings;
• cooperates with the Division Directorate in the planning and coordination of the design and construction of public buildings;
• works proactively with the other services of the Dicastery Planning and public spaces and all other Dicasteries for an optimal integration of the functional buildings to the performance of the activities of the municipal administration;

• SUP architect’s diploma/architect SUP or equivalent or higher title;
• proven experience (at least 5 years) in the planning and management of design and management work, maintenance or construction of buildings and/or Facility Management;
• experience in the planning of activities in compliance with the objectives set;
• proven organizational and decision-making skills;
• open character, oriented to the asset and predisposition solution
• good stress management;
• orientation in achieving the objectives;
• strong sensitivity to a peaceful and sustainable use of the heritage built in compliance with the constraints of law, financial resources and timing;
• good editorial skills (verbals, relationships, technical relationships, etc.) and synthesis in oral and written exposure;
• unexceptionable conduct;
• psychophysical fitness to function;
• ability to use the main computer programs (Windows environment, MS Office package, etc.), CAD and GIS;
• excellent knowledge of the Italian language (at mastery level/C1 or equivalent or higher) and good knowledge of at least one national language (level of autonomy/B2 or equivalent or higher);

• Yearly wages (threeteenth monthly and salary scale updated at 01.01.2026):
• Classes 13
• 16 ROD (Capo/a sector function);
• Minimum: CHF 91’229.-- yearly;
• Maximum: CHF 137’568.-- yearly;
• In addition to the salary is paid, to the entitled, the allowance for children according to LAFam.
• In the context of the above-mentioned possibilities of pay, the City Hall can recognize the activity carried out previously, if conformed to this Chapter, assigning one or more year of service pursuant to art. 29 cpv. 2 ROD.
• Week of employment: 40 hours (100%)
• Degree of employment: 80% -100 %
• Start of activity:
• Preferably from 1 September 2026 or date to be established.
