Your missions

• peel, wash and cut vegetables
• prepare and present cold dishes: starters, salads, garnishes, salad sauces
• prepare warm, uncomplicated dishes: soups, vegetables, starches, pasta, rice
• cook egg or cheese dishes
• prepare various kinds of meat, poultry, fish and the sauces or cooking juices that accompany them
• garnish dishes or plates with care; transfer to service staff
• develop and plan a series of simple menus based on seasons, products available, customer type, parties, etc.
• calculate the costs and selling prices of the current menus
• estimate the quantities of goods required based on bookings and sales forecasts
• placing orders taking into account seasonal offer, purchase costs and inventory
• control deliveries (quality and quantity), store or store the goods in accordance with the storage methods of each food and by applying hygiene rules
• clean, maintain and store kitchen utensils, machinery and work equipment
• ensure hygiene, cleanliness and order in the kitchen

Profile desired

• Mastery of the French language and knowledge of the partner language, an asset
