Your missions

To the Medical Secretariat

• Order office automation equipment
• Make various correspondences (letters, notices, certificates, etc.)
• Correct and submit medical reports
• Sort, open and distribute mail
• Receiving and transferring emails and telephone calls
• Archive medical documents
• Invoicing sickness insurance benefits

To Human Resources

• Open and sort incoming mail
• Preparing files for new employees
• Establish training application letters
• Seizing variable elements in the wage system
• Maintain department counter and telephone line
• Save accident reports

Accounting

• Hold the window
• Enter supplier invoices and prepare payments
• Keeping the caisse with accounting records
• Enter bank notices and CCP

Profile desired

• Practical training (3 to 4 days per week) in the company
• Theoretical training (1 to 2 days per week) at vocational school
• Business courses (8 to 16 days a 3 years)
• Mastery of the French language
• Knowledge of partner language, an asset
