Your missions

• The training takes place over 3 years, starting on 01.08.2027
• An apprenticeship contract is signed with the RFSM
• 3 places of training: practice in institutions (RFSM), professional branches in ESS Grangeneuve, inter-company courses (CIE) in Fribourg

Skills are defined in the training plan. They are practiced throughout the 3 years and are divided into the following areas:

• Professionalism and customer orientation
• Care and assistance
• Crises, emergencies and demanding situations
• Medical and technical procedures
• Health maintenance, health promotion and hygiene
• Organization of daily life
• Stewardship
• Administration and logistics

Profile desired

100% rate:

• practical training (3 to 4 days a week) in a home, hospital or clinic
• theoretical training (1 to 2 days per week) at vocational school
• business courses (34 days a 3 year)

Requirements

• Mastery of the French language, knowledge of the partner language, an asset
• A year of practice is desired
