Are you ready… - to thrill with your fascination for ICT products and trends - to win and retain customers with your comprehensive product knowledge - to advise in a personalized way based on customer needs and to search for the optimal solution - to work safely with various databases and tools - to tackle exciting tasks behind the scenes in addition to your activities at the customer counter - such as purchasing, product presentation, storage or sales promotion We currently offer apprenticeship positions in this training at the following shop locations: - Shop Chur ## What you bring with you - Your place of residence should not be more than one hour away from the shop location - You have completed compulsory education at a middle or upper level with consistently good to very good grades - German, mathematics and at least one foreign language (French or English) are among your strengths - You are fascinated by ICT products and trends - You impress with your good oral and written expression and communication skills - both in German and in a foreign language - You place great importance on good manners and can easily put yourself in your counterpart's shoes - In hectic situations, you keep calm and are physically and mentally resilient - Your curiosity drives you to constantly want to discover and learn new things - You know the different training model of Swisscom and want to be part of it - Upon reaching adulthood, a criminal record check will be requested as part of the integrity test before the start of the apprenticeship ## Your apprenticeship ## Your training Duration: 3 years School locations: Usually, the school location is within the canton of employment Professional maturity: possible Completion: Retail Specialist EFZ Further training opportunities: numerous job-related further trainings, also in the commercial field.
