Role overview
The dairy technologist and technologist are primarily responsible for transforming milk into various dairy products such as cheese and various dairy products, drinking milk and desserts.
They work on milk until they obtain various dairy specialties such as a wide range of cheese types based on raw or pasteurized milk as well as various dairy products and desserts.
Dairy technologists also assume tasks in the fields of analysis, quality management, logistics, and collaborate with research and development activities for new products.
