Over the course of three years of training you will be able to achieve the objectives set by the Ordinance on the formation of OSA operators/trices, address people with disabilities. The apprentices are part of the group of residents and, together with a practical manager, develop their skills through the progressive performance of the training curriculum. It is possible to carry out the apprenticeship at the housing facilities Fonte 3 in Neggio and Fonte 8 in Lugano.

• absolving compulsory schooling
• accompaniment and assistance of people with disabilities
• preferential title will be given to applications that have already had first social experiences, such as volunteering, summer colonies, orientation internships
