Apprenticeship: Baker – Pastry Chef – Confectioner (100%) EOC, the multi-site hospital of Ticino, is present with its institutes throughout the cantonal territory for a total of 1,000 beds. The organization makes it possible to effectively combine a local approach with an overall vision, guaranteeing the population a comprehensive and nearby hospital service, regardless of where the services are required. Thanks to the commitment and expertise of more than 6,500 employees and their attention to human relationships, EOC ensures high-quality health care, taking care of more than 41,000 in-patients per year and providing more than 600,000 outpatient consultations. ## Profile The person we are looking for is a young man or woman with a strong curiosity for learning new things both in the professional and school environment, and who is able to learn quickly and adapt to new situations. He or she understands the importance of effective time management in order to best reconcile school and work activities; patiently listens to colleagues in order to improve performance and, thanks to perseverance and tenacity, does not give up in the face of difficulties. ## Conditions for participating in the competition

• Only applications complete with a motivation letter, curriculum vitae and school reports for the last 2 years will be considered (if the report is not available, a school statement of performance is acceptable).
• Applications must be submitted no later than 31 March 2026.
• Paper applications will not be considered. ## Details
