Your tasks

• You act as an employee / backup in day-to-day operations and in the team.
• One of your main activities is the daily support and advice of PEP users.
• Training and support of PEP users of all professional groups are also part of your tasks.
• You will process the processing of monthly financial statements in the PEP as well as the data export of variable wage data and absences from the PEP to HOSPIS.
• In your area of responsibility is the comparison of illness absences with medical certificates in the tool.
• You take over the process and application responsibility in the PEP.
• When creating and updating documentation, we count on your cooperation.
• By controlling and creating statistics for different contacts, you make a valuable contribution.
• Participation in working groups in interface projects with regard to the PEP rounds off your area of responsibility. Your profile
• Completed basic health education with professional experience
• Very good IT user knowledge and a pronounced flair for computer science topics also in dealing with databases and creating evaluations
